New Gundam Announcement: Gundam Age
Hot on the heels of the success of Gundam 00, "Gundam Age" has been announced. Gundam Age was co-designed by LEVEL-5 Inc., the studio behind the Professor Layton game series. Upon the release of the first promotional trailer for Gundam Age, criticism started to appear. Many don't like the age of the characters, and feel that this series will be a straight cash in.
To be fair, Gundam has always been a giant cash in, mainly for model kits and related toys. Still, I can't help but feel the criticism is justified, especially when this looks like it will be aimed at a younger audience.

You wouldn't be alone in that heero. It's not my type of thing, but I suspect that the kiddies over in Japan will eat it up.
Marketing, Marketing, Marketing. I reccomend enjoying Gundam Unicorn at the moment if you want a Gundam fix.
